AS OF 9-4-2024 THIS IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Due to high order volume please allow 3-4 weeks, not including weekends and holidays for the processing of your order! All of our items are processed in house to ensure you get the best quality product. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order has been delayed over 3-4 weeks feel free to email us at lakeandprosper@gmail.com with any questions OR call our customer service number during business hours.

We also understand that some items may be purchased as gifts and for special occasions. Please email or call us well in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you although it may not be guaranteed.
When we begin processing your order you will automatically receive a tracking number. We then will drop your order to USPS/FEDEX/UPS. Please be mindful that the carrier has to scan your order in their system before the delivery date is available.

NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DELAYS OR LOSSES! WE DO NOT OFFER AUTOMATIC REFUNDS SIMPLY BECAUSE A CARRIER HAS DELAYED OR LOST AN ORDER. A CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Effective November 6, 2023, we will not accept returns. Each order is made on demand at time of purchase. Please be sure to look at the size chart before ordering or reach out to us via email if you have questions email lakeandprosper@gmail.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR ON OUR PART WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ITEM ON YOUR ORDER.

REFUNDS
Effective November 6, 2023 we do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger for women than your normal size so we suggest going down one size.

Care for the garment is the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Orders.
EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS
​
If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to LAKE+PROSPER within 14 days of delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed regardless of shipping status.
