All items are made to order. Our current processing time is 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri) for us to prepare your order before it ships! We do not ship or process orders on holidays. During sales, peak seasons, or restocks processing may take longer. The 1-3 priority shipping days selected for shipping is the number of estimated days the carrier will take to get your order to you AFTER processing. We do not guarantee a delivery by a specific date. This processing time is an estimated processing window, not a shipping guarantee.
When we begin processing your order you will automatically receive a tracking number. We then will drop your order to USPS/FEDEX/UPS. Please be mindful that the carrier has to scan your order in their system before the delivery date is available.

NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DELAYS OR LOSSES! WE DO NOT OFFER AUTOMATIC REFUNDS SIMPLY BECAUSE A CARRIER HAS DELAYED OR LOST AN ORDER. A CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Effective November 6, 2023, we will not accept returns. Each order is made on demand at time of purchase. Please be sure to look at the size chart before ordering or reach out to us via email if you have questions email lakeandprosper@gmail.com. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS.

IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR ON OUR PART WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ITEM ON YOUR ORDER.

REFUNDS
Effective November 6, 2023 we do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger for women than your normal size so we suggest going down one size.

Care for the garment is the customer’s responsibility.
​
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Orders.
EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to LAKE+PROSPER within 14 days of delivery.

Customer Support
​
To protect our process and pace, we only respond to emails related to order errors (like receiving the wrong item). All other updates-including tracking-are automatically sent when your order ships. Phone support is not available at this time. Please email only once- we will respond within 48-72 hours if your concern falls within our policy.
