Due to the holidays and high order volume please allow 10-15 business days, not including weekends and holidays for the processing of your order! If you order on the weekend your order will begin processing on the next business day. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Also, when we begin processing your order you will automatically receive a tracking number. We then will drop your order to USPS. USPS has to scan your order in their system before the delivery date is available.

Return and Refund Policy
Effective November 6, 2023, we will not accept returns. Each order is made on demand at time of purchase. Please be sure to look at the size chart before ordering or reach out to us via email if you have questions email firstname.lastname@example.org. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ERROR ON OUR PART WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE FOR THE CORRECT ITEM ON YOUR ORDER.
Effective November 6, 2023 we do not offer refunds.
We do not exchange for sizing. Please check the unisex size conversion before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a size larger than your normal size so we suggest going down one dress size.
Care for the garment is the customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Orders.
EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same item in the same size.
To be eligible for a defective item exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and sent back to LAKE+PROSPER within 14 days of delivery.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4830 Wilson Rd Ste 300, #111, Humble, TX, 77396, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
